I recently started donating plasma at the local Biolife plasma service center. http://www.biolifeplasma.com/If you've got the time (and the stomach) it's an easy way to earn some extra cash.
David and I both donated plasma once in a while after we were first married and lived near Iowa City. My experience here was much better because they opperate by appointment.

I can't handle the plasma donating. I'm more into donating whole blood.
